Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for items returned after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components (if applicable).

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name(s) you wish to return

Once your request is received, we will review it and, if approved, provide return authorization instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are defective.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return and notifying you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.

Free Shipping Orders

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Barbers Factory to ship the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid by the customer at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective product or an error made by Barbers Factory.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
