Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on destination, package size, service availability, and efficiency.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.

International Orders

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Barbers Factory is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered to the address provided on the order, Barbers Factory's responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

Barbers Factory is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after a carrier has confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.

If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you by providing shipment and tracking information; however, replacement or reimbursement cannot be guaranteed for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges required to reship the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
